WHAT YOU CAN REPORT

You can use this mechanism to report:

  • Unsafe or abusive working conditions

  • Environmental harm or non-compliance

  • Fraud, bribery, or corruption

  • Harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior

  • Retaliation against whistleblowers

Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation

Your privacy matters. Reports can be made anonymously if desired, and we will treat all information confidentially. We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

How to Submit a Grievance

This service is available 24/7. If your concern involves an immediate threat to health or safety, please contact local emergency services directly. This system is not intended for urgent response

What Happens Next?

  1. Report is Received You will receive a case number to follow up (if contact info is provided).

  2. Review & Triage Our compliance team will review your submission and determine appropriate next steps.

  3. Investigation We may reach out for more information (if you shared contact details). All investigations are conducted fairly and confidentially.

  4. Outcome & Resolution Corrective actions will be taken when necessary. If you're the reporter and provided your info, you may receive an update.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

We track all grievances to identify trends and improve our practices. Summarized data is reviewed by leadership and used to strengthen our ethical commitments.
